BELIEVERS CAN PRAY WITHOUT CEASING FOR CHRIST TO “SHOW” MORE OF HIMSELF—OR MORE OF HIS GLORY—IN EVERY PART OF OUR OWN LIVES, AND IN ALL OTHER PEOPLE THE SPIRIT BRINGS INTO OUR LIVES!
Jesus, and other Biblical leaders have told us to pray. A few examples are: Matthew 7:7, Matthew 11:28-30, 1 Timothy 2:1.
Appendix IV in the “40 Days of Feasting on the Names of Christ” booklet summarizes that Moses first used the term, “Now show me your glory;” Paul said in 1 Corinthians 4:6 that all the glory of God is in the face of Christ;” Christ shows His glory when we worship Him and thank Him; AND, we can pray for Him to show (manifest, pour out) the fullness of His glory: In every part of our own lives, in our family members, in our churches, in our neighborhoods, and in every other person the Holy Spirit brings into our lives—may you and your families and churches pray much—“Jesus, Show Me Your Glory.”
LEAD now in a time of praying for Jesus to show His glory—in your life to all across the Philippines.
SING these last few words: “For thine is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever. Amen.”
CLOSE by reading a doxology, Jude 1:24-25
