Testimonies

The earliest prayer summits were for pastors, nearly all men, to gather together for a time of prayer, worship and fellowship. As the years passed, it was clear that the call to prayer was going out among other groups as well. Soon women in leadership were also gathering for summits, followed by Christians in what was called “the marketplace” — in the workplace and business. Finally, congregations, inspired by their pastor or members of the congregation began to set aside time for prayer summits of their own.
